Collin Garcia

Collin Garcia is an illustrator and graphic designer living in
Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He studied graphic design and printmaking at the University of Wisconsin-Stout and has since gained experience as a graphic designer and commercial screen-printer. He is currently working on expanding his creative studio CG Design Co.

“Early on, my interest in visuals came from a fascination with album art, comics, and cartoons. Social commentary would influence me later on through mediums like street art, political satire, and advertising. Similarly, a deep affinity for punk shows and the pervasive subculture exposed me to the DIY aesthetic of practitioners such as Art Chantry, Winston Smith, and Raymond Pettibon. I see my work as rational and abstract - mutually.  Impossible but believable.”
