Anthony Pate
Anthony Pate, better known as ahy.etap, is a freelance illustrator residing in Sens, France.
Traditional and contemporary techniques influence his work. “Illustration is a fabulous means of expression, allowing people to reinterpret reality. I would describe my work as metaphorical and surrealist, colourful and expressive. I desire to create a real universe rich with personality, to tell a story, to attract the eye, but also to develop a reflection in the viewer’s mind.”
He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in motion design and is proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
He plans to continue developing his illustrative methods, as well as creating digital videos and murals for brands and events that align with his bold and graphic illustrative style.
