Daniel Molina
Bailon (MOBAD)

Daniel Molina Bailon (also known as MOBAD) is a Spanish artist and designer who currently resides in Barcelona.

Patterns seen in nature and people inspire his work. He is especially interested in the lines of expression on faces and hands as they convey a strong sense of vividness and strength.

Describing his work and artistic style, Daniel says, “I create drawings with the intention to capture the moment, the state or the sensation in which I find myself when I draw. Some of them may be inspired by reality, however, when developing my particular style, it becomes an introspection of my emotions based on lines, spirals and geometric elements.”

He graduated from Escola Massana, Barcelona with a degree in art and design.

He prefers creating his work with marker pens, though some of his pieces are subsequently edited digitally using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Daniel is the creator of Mixing Art, a Behance team of international artists who collaborate on joint work or new interpretations with the aim of uniting different styles, techniques and cultures.
