Joana Addams

Joana Addams is a Portuguese illustrator with an interest in watercolours, fantasy worlds and tribal patterns. 

She studied Fine Arts at ESAD Caldas da Rainah in Portugal and then realized her passion for illustration. So, Joana moved to England to obtain her master’s in illustration at the UCA Farnham. During her master’s studies, she was able to explore a variety of media: linocut, screen printing, etching, relief printing, laser cut, bookbinding and design, rubber stamping, risograph printing, Photoshop, as well as other illustrative methods and techniques. 

She aspires to work as a freelance illustrator who can provide her talents in the fields of character design, packaging, graphic design, decoration, merchandising and children’s illustration.
