Mat Dodrill

Mat Dodrill is an artist and illustrator based out of the Seattle, Washington area. 

He graduated from Everett Community College with a Certificate of Graphic Design, and though he has taken some art classes, his illustrative work is mostly self-taught. 

Mat’s artworks feature high contrast, graphic textures and fascinating characters. Utilizing digital and physical media, his imaginative works are equally fun and unsettling. 

“I tend to gravitate toward bright colours and wiggly lines, which lends itself well to my psychedelic aesthetic.  My work is often compared to drug trips and weird dreams.  I strive to try new things with my art and push myself to make things that look peculiar and different.”
