Most known for her public installations (made with cables, concrete, plastic, and more), Swiss plastic artist, Shendra Stucki, currently works and lives in Mexico City where she avidly and hopefully conquers the spaces in which she finds herself.

Shendra’s global experience, from growing up in Swiss Italy to traversing to San Francisco for an exchange program, can be seen in her work where she uncovers universal concepts through ironic elements. Her own philosophy and spirituality inspire her.

Whether it be in her paintings (seeping into the walls), in her public installations (utilizing all available means), or in her otherworldly collage artwork (hosting imaginative settings, humanoids, and abstract creatures), she inserts everyday experiences and emotions into her work.

She has exhibited and produced installations in Berlin, Praha, Switzerland, Slovenia, Italy and more. She has collaborated with La NEF, a contemporary art centre in Switzerland and has also designed an entire club in Praha, Klub Centrala Holesovice.
